The story of the BAV
…in brief
The Birrificio Artigianale Veneziano was born in 2010. After a series of setbacks a handful of friends acquired the property in 2012, with the intention of restoring its conditions and finding a new direction.
Passion and commitment
The intention was that of creating beers that respect the productive traditions, while keeping their own personality.
Despite a strong passion and commitment, the beginnings have not been easy.
Awards and purposes
In Italy and abroad
It has taken two years before the first prizes at important contests and the first awardds in famous guides arrived, but, when they did, all our efforts were rewarded.
Beer first
Thanks to a more and more widespread distribution, the brewery is starting to better define its identity, being recognized all over Italy and, little by little, also in the rest of the world. The goal is clear: to grow step by step, trying to always improve the quality of our beers, without giving up on our dream.
