Pimpi

We had to taste a lot of pumpkin pulp to pick out the right one. Then we had to stew and candy it to fit perfectly to our beer.
The color of Pimpi is so strong that even it’s foam is orange shaded, giving a glass of Pimpi a very original touch.
The creation of Pimpi was not easy at all: the recipe evolved for more than a year, full of experiments and study, before we achieved our aim.
